Gary Taylor

Managing Director, Gary's 30 years’ experience within the Defence Sector led him to establishing ISSI Ltd in 2001 with the ultimate aim of building an experienced team to deliver project services for secure environments. As secure environment working practises have evolved Gary and his team have been responsible for some of the most significant sea-changes in secure environment cabling design and specification along with installation services evolving to include external cable duct networks and electrical design and installation for Communication Rooms. This has helped create world-class working environments for technical office environments and manufacturing facilities.

Luke Webb

CNIDP

Operations Director, 22 years within the infrastructure installation environment has seen Luke promoted from within ISSI for his strong leadership and exceptional organisational skills. Responsible for delivering projects globally, Luke and his team on- board with our clients and specialist teams to establish project protocols early in the process. Luke has delivered a range of projects over the years from single site / building installs through to roll out programs involving multiple disciplines across in excess of 300 sites.

Shawn

Watson

Director Client Services - Defence, Shawn with his 32 years’ experience in the Defence sector has overall responsibility for the team proposing and delivering Project services in to the MoD environment. With the client vision in mind Shawn has the ability to advise on the design, programming and delivery following the JSP604 ECR process. Shawn and his team provide the client interface at the inception of a project providing a consultative approach to design and installation methods whilst liaising with site IDA’s, his SCIDA and CNIDP qualifications ensure clients have a budget conscious and technically superior project of delivery.

Ruth

Khima

Office Manager – Ruth is responsible for the day to day office management and the key to driving ISSI’s system and process development for the last 10 years. Ruth has a broad skill set derived from her work between the Operations and Administration teams, Ruth is a key member of the management team with her analytical mind and a keen eye for detail. Ruth has delivered all our ISO accreditations and Health and Safety awards.
